Specialist Support Coordination

Specialist Support Coordination is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. A specialist Support Coordinator will assist
you to manage challenges in your support environment and ensuring consistent delivery of service.

Support Coordination

Support coordination helps you to make the best use of your supports in plan. Support coordination is a capacity
building support which helps you to:
• Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals
• Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services
• Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

A Psychosocial Recovery Coach is an NDIS funded worker who also has mental health training. The role of a recovery coach is to support people with disability brought on from a mental health condition.
Unlike Therapists, Recovery Coaches cannot diagnose a mental health condition. However, they do undergo specialist training to guide you through your recovery journey and help you enact positive change to lead a fulfilling life.

Sarah brings real heart to everything she does. Her care, compassion, and deep understanding of the complexity of lived experience shine through in every interaction. Whether she’s navigating systems, supporting clients with high needs, or collaborating with stakeholders, Sarah is unwavering in her responsiveness and integrity. She doesn’t just coordinate—she advocates. With a fierce commitment to human rights, the social model of disability, and quality of life, Sarah goes into battle for her clients when it matters most. Her ability to hold space for complexity while driving meaningful outcomes is a testament to her skill and character. And she’s not alone. Together, they embody what trauma-informed, person-centred support should look like—walking alongside clients, families, and professionals with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

Sue

‘Sarah is such a passionate and supportive support coordinator. Her holistic and collaborative approach to all her participants allows therapists, families and participants to achieve optimal outcomes within their NDIS goals. As a therapist, recommending her to be a client’s support coordinator is an obvious choice, specifically for those clients with complex needs.’

‘Sarah was amazing trying to deal with the situation. She is so clued in and confident about this stuff. When she was talking to me about it I was thinking ‘you are amazing and so confident with what you know, I wish I had that confidence’. Very clever lady.’
